Your responsibilities

As a representative of the brand, you will review lines of text to determine if it is appropriate for the different Roblox audiences (children and older players) and sort the text into predefined categories. Suggest text that can circumvent the text filter. You have to be able to review and maintain professionalism with all types of potential content. Reviewers will encounter all variety of content, including content that is inappropriate. You will show appropriate judgement in alerting others when encountering content that requires further action. We would rely on you to be proactive and become a key player in building our support team by sharing ideas and contributing to the overall improvement of the quality of services provided.

Perfect candidate
The perfect addition to the team of our client would be a person with the following qualities:
· Native level of Italian
· Fluency in English
· In-depth understanding of Italian culture, language, slang and good knowledge of the Italian urban dictionary
· To be an active gamer and familiar with both PC and Console gaming;
· To have a good understanding of social media activity, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Gaming Forums/Communities;
· Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
· Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
· Ability to stay focused when reviewing large amounts of text
· Be organized, decision-making and analytical skills
· Team player with a great attitude
· High school education

Your responsibilities
· Ensure all unbilled items are issued timely, and in line with the set targets/SLA/;
· Perform daily validation & clearance of meter reading errors, contract errors,
· Checks to Partner Portal errors which are causing unbilled items;
· Constant monitoring of billing holds;
· On going Identification of system issues + logging Solution Manger tickets to resolve
· Ensure business targets achievement on billing completeness, quality and timeliness

Perfect candidate
The perfect addition to the team of our client would be a person with the following qualities:
· Fluent Italian language – written and spoken;
· Good English;
· Some experience in finance related role or customer interaction role
· Preferably excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
· A person that is self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
· Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
